We take any type of scams seriously! We are based in the United States of America (USA) and have many contacts all over the States, Canada and Europe. We are very experienced in dealing with any types of scams. If you want 'free item' by scamming, this is the wrong place to do it.
We consider the following types of activities as "scams", and we WILL take action against any scams.
1. Usage of a stolen credit card/bank card or a compromised Paypal account to make purchase (unauthorized payment).
You may have gotten 'free' Virtual Items but in Reality, you have also committed a crime of Fraud. We will contact the actual card holder, cooperate with the credit card company and liase with your local authorities or law enforcement or European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) for Europe based buyers. All your info will be submitted. In some extreme cases, we will locate you by contacting your local ISP and file a lawsuit against you.
2. Once any complaint is made via Paypal or with the Credit Card companies without communicating with our store to solve any possible customer satisfaction issue(s).
We always take good care of all our customers and are willing to give free items or bonuses to show our gratitude in their loyal patronage over the years. If there is a problem with delivery or any other issues, you can always contact us and we will try our utmost best to work out the best solution to your satisfaction. If we cannot come to a compromise, we will issue you a full refund. But if you try to get your money back by filing any kinds of complaint without contacting us first, it will be deemed as scamming.
All our customer's information are kept confidential. But once a scammer is revealed, we will post his or her Name/Address/Phone/IP Number/Hostname on a Blacklist shared with many other stores. Thereafter we will enlist the services of our Debt Collection Agency near your place who will contact you by phone or an actual visit. In short, you will have to pay full restituition to our store.
Do not even try to attempt to scam us as you can not afford it.
