As with most things you plan to buy you're curious. You have questions and those questions need anwsers. That's the goal of our FAQ page. We try to cover most all of the most common of inquiries to save you some time. This page will be updated as it needs to be.

Can I claim or register my cdkey with battle.net?
Our cdkeys can NOT be registered or claimed with battle.net you can however play the game on all of the battle.net realms the same way you would if you purchased the game from the store. Our cdkeys are for the 16 digit retail version of diablo 2/lod.

However, if you do need to claim d2/lod key on battle.net in order to download game client, please contact us and we can help you with this.
Your cdkey is 16-digit, but my game client require 26-digit, can I use your cdkey?
Yes you can. Please read How to use a 16 digit cdkey.
How long will it take to get my cd keys after I make payment?
Once the payment is recieved assuming there's no issues you will instantly be sent your Diablo 2 CD Keys. Of course eChecks will have their normal delay, but the second it clears you will be emailed your CD-Keys. Should any issue arrise we'll contact you. If you do not recieve your CD Keys within 1 hour of your purchase than perhaps our email got blocked and you should check your junk folder.
How do you know the CD Keys are clean?
That's an easy one. Though quite painstaking (believe me) we actually install every Diablo 2 CD Key set and verify the condition before placing them on our website. This ensures that when you install your CD Key and load it up and are happy it worked you don't turn that frown upside down when you enter the lobby to find out you're muted. It happens at other websites, but not ours. Rest assured you are buying from a quality source.
I did not receive my cdkeys in my email, what do I do now?

What exactly does my CD Key purchase entitle me to?
Your Diablo 2 CD-Key Set will include the following: 1 x 100% clean, un-muted, un-banned Diablo 2 Classic Key 1 x 100% clean, un-muted, un-banned Diablo 2 Lord of Destruction LoD Key Please note that no discs, manual/booklet, case, etc are included in this sale. You are purchasing the number/letter sequences that are the keys, and those only. Our Diablo 2 CD Keys work on the Closed Battle.net Realm.
Are my CD Keys going to be resold to someone else?
No, not at all. We have sold thousands upon thousands of CD Keys and our databases ensure that no one will get the same key. We have a very large supply of Diablo 2 CD Keys which allows us to pass on this great offer and the savings to you.
Do you have mass CD Key lists for sale?
If you are a person maintaining some magic finders, trade channel helpers, and other such things where you may not care much about a muted key, no LoD expansion key, or sorting through some keys which may be banned/disabled/in use than we might have some lists we could offer you. We do not sell such a list on this website, as this website deals 100% with only legit clean CD Keys. Please contact us with what you are looking for.
Do you offer a bulk Diablo 2 CD Key discount?
Currently we do not offer any kind of bulk discount for our CD Keys. There's little reason a normal person will need more than a few cd keys. While things may change, it's unlikely it would happen any time soon.
Can you help me get multiple copies of Diablo 2 running?
Unfortuantly, no. Our service ends once we ship out the Diablo 2 CD Keys. There are a few methods to get multiple D2s to run, but we will not cover those or provide any suggestions or tips on how to do it. Please understand, most any and all attempts to by pass the intended usage for the battle.net realms result in bans (ala the D2Loader Ban). Run multiple copies at your own risk!
